No contradiction between vaccination and teachings of Christian Orthodox Church

A meeting at BelMAPO discussed the implementation of the program of cooperation between the Ministry of Health and the Belarusian Christian Orthodox Church. Metropolitan of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus Veniamin emphasized that doctors should be considered the main source of information on vaccination. It is doctors who give permission for a person to be vaccinated after assessing his or her physical condition. In general, as it was noted, vaccination does not contradict the teachings of the Orthodox Church.
