New tourist opportunities

The resort and tourist areas of Belarus offer new opportunities for the summer season. There's great demand for stay in a secluded countryside place with authentic cuisine. For example, in the Minsk region such holidays are available at more than 600 countryside guesthouses. Inbound tourism opportunities for fishermen and their families is offered by the Naroch region. For instance, one fish farm in the Vileika region is gearing for international competitions. Molodechno is also ready to welcome tourists from abroad. This year the town focuses on cultural and athletic events. The National Festival of Belarusian Song and Poetry, which will be held on June 8-9, is timed to coincide with the Year of the Lesser Motherland in Belarus.
