New stationary system of photographic evidence introduced in Minsk

A new stationary system of photographic evidence have been introduced in Minsk. It works in 24 by 7 mode. The device registers violations of stop and parking regulations. The pay slip featuring the vehicle's number is sent by post. The driver has to pay the fine within a month. The similar systems are proposed be introduced in the most problematic streets, where the stop and parking regulations are broken systematically.
