New rules for registration of transport enters into force in Belarus

In Belarus, new rules for registration of transport have come into force. Fr om now on, it is possible to de-register a vehicle in any registration subdivision regardless of registration. In addition, now dealers have the opportunity to independently register a car and sell it to the customer having license plate number. Before de-registering a special-purpose vehicle, it is necessary to remove the special paint, as well as the light and sound alarms. Road Police notes that the changes relate precisely to the deregistration of transport. Car registration is carried out in the region wh ere the owner resides.
