New possibilities to pay for utilities services

Belarusians will be able to pay for public services with help of a fast recognition system already in June. In order to use it a payer has to launch a mobile banking app and read a QR-code with a smartphone. After reading and decoding the phone will show a personal account and manual input field. New possibilities will simplify and quicken process of search, editing and payment for utilities services.
