New landscaping scheme developed in Minsk

A new landscaping scheme has been developed in Minsk featuring about 30 new well-equipped parks in unoccupied city areas, as well as about fifty public gardens! Citizens are actively joining the planting of trees in their neighborhoods. In April alone, more than 30 thousand shrubs and trees will be planted in the courtyards. By the way, residents themselves put forward proposals for greening. Planted are mainly birches, willows, maples and oaks. These trees are more adapted to urban conditions. Everyone can join the large-scale campaign.
