New building of city center of transfusiology opens in Minsk

A new building of the city center of transfusiology was opened in Minsk. It collects and processes more than 15,000 liters of donor blood annually. At present it has a unique equipment for blood purification and pneumatic mail for biological material. The medical complex has no analogues in the country. It is equipped with a cryobank, where rare biomaterials can be stored for up to ten years. Shortly, a laboratory for the diagnosis of hematological pathologies in pregnant women is to be launched here.
