National conference of judges

Unification of the legislation and simplification of legal procedures: First National conference of judges was held in Minsk. It was attended by experts of the Constitutional and Supreme courts, other agencies of general jurisdiction. The main purpose is strengthening of the judicial authority, observation of the Constitution by the judges, perfection of the legal system. The conference decided to introduce a unified code for civil and economic cases, as well as to keep on simplifying legal procedures and using appeals in verdict revision.
