Mother’s Week kicks off in Belarus

Mother's Week kicks off in Belarus today. Traditional solemn receptions, the Order of Mother conferrals and festive concerts will be held throughout the country. In maternity homes, women who gave birth to babies on Mother's Day will be also congratulated. A conference of women entrepreneurs, an exhibition-forum «Motherhood and childhood», «Week without abortions», charitable action «Mercy» will be held. The mother's week is aimed at strengthening family values and increasing the prestige of a healthy and harmonious family. Mother's Day in Belarus will be celebrated on Saturday, October 14.
