Minsk has been chosen the capital of the plenary meeting of the Council of the Bishops" Conferences of Europe. It will be held in September next year to be attended by more than 40 cardinals and bishops from all over Europe, including the Vatican.Metropolitan of Minsk and Mogilev, Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz called this a sign of great respect, honour and prestige for the church in Belarus and for the country in general.
