Minsk tops list of 10 best CIS cities for autumn travel

In autumn, it's easy to find inexpensive tours to Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, popular destinations for weekend trips are Minsk and Yerevan, while those fond of shopping go to Nur-Sultan and Baku. In autumn, tourists traveling to CIS cities spend $40-100 a day on accommodation and meals.
