Minsk to be decorated with floating floral arrangements ahead of 2nd European Games

Floating flower arrangements will decorate the capital city during the 2nd European Games. Colorful compositions made of artificial flowers will soon appear on the Svisloch river near the Sports Palace and in Kupalovsky park. A composition of natural flowers will be floated at the Chizhovskoye water reservoir. For testing purposes they will be placed so as not to be in the way of catamarans and boats.
