Minsk is preparing for the Victory Day

Less than a week remains until the main May holiday for Belarus – the Victory Day. The streets and avenues of the capital have already been festively decorated. There are more art grounds this year. The stairs of the Stela Monument will feature three five-meter diamond stars created with the help of thousands of LEDs. They are now being assembled. The Pedagogical University at the Independence Square is about to complete the installation of 9 thousand red flags.
