Minsk hosting 5th Joint Scientific and Technical Council of Emergency Response Agencies

The 5th Joint Scientific and Technical Council of Emergency Response Agencies of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia is taking place in Minsk. The focus is on the use of mobile applications to improve the efficiency of emergency units, new generation technologies for searching and rescuing missing people. Rescuers from 5 countries have put all the agreements down on paper and are already working on a roadmap for their implementation.
