Minsk hosting 26th International Book Fair

Minsk is hosting the 26^th International Book Fair that features more than 400 exhibitors from 35 states. Some 60,000 people are expected to visit the fair. A significant part of the exhibition comprises literature of the Commonwealth of Independent States. 2019 has been declared the Year of the Book in the CIS. The Minsk exhibition features 56 new publications from nine countries. Today the Belarusian stand will present the book «Sport of the highest standard. European and Olympic Games», as well as a travel guide to the II European Games. In addition, today the guests of the exhibition will see a landmark encyclopedic publication, i.e. the three-volume book «Yanka Kupala» timed to one of the founders of modern Belarusian literature.
