Minsk hosted session of CSTO Military Committee

The CSTO member-states will continue improving their approaches to the collective security system. This was reported after the meeting of the Military Committee of the Organization in Minsk. The session noted that threats to military security in the area of the CSTO ​​responsibility affect such vital spheres as politics, economy, information, etc. This makes it necessary to improve the mechanisms for ensuring peace and stability in the collective security regions. The meeting reviewed the current military and political situation, outlined ways to solve problem issues and discussed the forthcoming joint exercises scheduled for this year.
