The Ministry of Health approved the procedure for vaccination of women during pregnancy and breastfeeding. A prerequisite is the absence of contraindications to vaccination. Pregnant women are increasingly allowed to be vaccinated around the world. In particular, in Russia, an anticancer drug is allowed for women starting from the 22nd week of pregnancy. With regard to revaccination, Minister of Health Dmitry Pinevich signed an order according to which a single booster vaccination against COVID-19 can be offered 9 months or more after the main (completed) course of vaccination for immunocompromised patients, persons over 60 years of age who are taking immunosuppressive therapy, who are on hemodialysis, as well as doctors, workers of inpatient social services, and others.
