Members of government answer MPs’ questions

A joint meeting of both houses of the Belarusian parliament was held today in the Oval Hall. Members of the government answered MPs’ questions. One of the main themes was the forest industry. The deputies were interested in whether the core organizations provide profit, are there reserves for increasing profitability, and the export increase. As Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Dvornik noted, the new plants in Svetlogorsk and Dobrush will allow the forestry industry to increase export to more than $ 2.5 billion.
