Maslenitsa festival begins in Minsk

Maslenitsa has begun today in Minsk. The square near Komarovsky marketplace has turned into a real fair. It is hosting Food and Spring Festival. There will be a food court where visitors can treat themselves not only to traditional pancakes with sour cream or honey, but also to colorful pancakes with exotic fillings. Maslenitsa Festival at Komarovsky marketplace will last until March 1. Festival locations will unfold throughout the city on weekend. The site near the Sports Palace will be the center of festivities.
