Live Easter services to be available online

Today Belarusian Catholics celebrate Good Friday of the Lord’s passion. On this day, believers recall the Christ’s Way to Golgotha. Catholics will also celebrate Easter this Sunday. The live broadcast of the festive service from the Archcathedral of the Holy Name of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Minsk on Saturday will be shown by the Belarus 24 TV channel. The broadcast will start at 9:45 pm. The decision to broadcast Easter services on TV live was made by the Conference of Catholic Bishops of Belarus because of the difficult epidemic situation in the country.
