Lithuania banned the entry of cars with Belarusian license plates

Lithuania banned all cars registered in Belarus from entering its territory. The ban has been in force since July 18, but until today there was an exception: the Lithuanians allowed Belarusian-registered cars if they were driven by an owner with a valid Lithuanian visa or residence permit. Now all Belarusian cars must leave Lithuania by January 18.
