Joint CSTO exercise to take place in Belarus, Russia, Tajikistan

A joint exercise of the Collective Security Treaty Organization will take place in Belarus, Russia, and Tajikistan, said Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff Anatoly Sidorov today during a briefing in Moscow. The briefing was held as a teleconference between CSTO member states. One of the topics was the preparation of the joint strategic exercise Combat Brotherhood 2019. It will be carried out this fall. When exactly the exercise will take place and what forces and assets will be deployed will be discussed several months before the exercise begins.
