On the eve of the International Women's Day the Job Shadowing project has kicked off in Minsk. Representatives of business, diplomatic missions and heads of international organizations in Belarus have invited girls who see themselves as future leaders for a blitz onsite training in March or April. Having passed the casting, students from across the country aged 18 to 24 years have come to meet with business ladies. For them, it is an opportunity to spend one working day with a professional in the field of international relations and business. Taking part in the international project are students Belarusian universities, as well as ladies representing business and diplomatic missions accredited in Belarus.
