Recalculations of the minimum and social pensions are planned for August 1 and November 1. The statement was made today by Deputy Prime Minister Vasily Zharko at a joint meeting of the two chambers of the parliament. The main task is to prevent a decrease in the level of the well-being of the population. This year, the minimum and social pensions were recalculated twice. The vice-premier also touched upon the issues of the education system. In the near future, a rational mechanism for changing the mode of operation of schools will be worked out. As for higher education, the training of personnel will be conducted taking into account the needs of the economy. The problem of walking distance of kindergartens in Belarus will be resolved by 2020. This year it is planned to put into operation 14 new kindergartens for more than 2,5 thousand kids.
