The ways to fight terrorism and prevent terrorist attacks in the digital age will be discussed today at a forum in Minsk. The capital will be the venue for the high-level International Conference. A large-scale event will bring together 150 representatives of law enforcement agencies, parliaments and diplomatic corps from more than 40 countries. The OSCE Secretary General, as well as heads of the UN, Interpol, the Council of Europe, the CIS and the CSTO are expected to participate. The work will be organized in three sessions. Topics will include the OSCE’s conceptual framework for combating terrorism, the importance of public-private partnership, and the protection of essential infrastructure from cyber threats.
