In Belarus, talented youth will be eligible for cash incentives. The funds will be allocated from the special fund of the President. The relevant decree was signed by the Head of State. For these purposes, an equivalent of over $140 thousand will be allocated. Artistic collectives and students majoring in culture-related subjects will receive prizes and scholarships. Assistance will be provided to talented youth. In addition, 8 grants have been allocated, intended, among other things, to support art projects.
