III Firewood Chopping Championship among media workers to be held on 7 November

10 teams have been announced. Belteleradiocompany will be represented by famous TV presenters, the holding's management, operators and other employees. Everyone is aimed at a high result. Among the traditional contests are firewood chopping, log chopping with an axe and relay races. New types of competitions are also awaiting the participants. Rooters will also be able to compete — pulling firewood on sledges, collecting wooden figures, competing on logs. The program will also include performances of artists. By the way, forestry enterprises of the country have prepared 30 cubic metres of firewood for the championship. After the competition the raw materials will be handed over for heating to those in need.
