Ice swimming started

Minsk amateurs of winter bathing opened the season. People of different age and professions believe in curative powers of ice immersion. The Club "Minsk capital ice swimmers" has about a hundred members. Its youngest participants are 5, the oldest are over 70. A special stage of the bathing season – the Epiphany immersion – is coming soon. Several hundred people are expected to come to the Tsna water reservoir next Sunday. The program includes a steam sauna session, a competition of swimmers and bathing in the ice hole.
