A square meter of housing in Minsk went down in price. In the second quarter, the number of transactions on the capital city's housing market decreased significantly. According to the National Cadastral Agency of the State Property Committee, a little more than 2 thousand apartments were sold. In the primary and secondary markets alike the prices are falling. A square meter costs about $1,300 on average. In addition, starting with May the number of offers increased by a third. One-room apartments are most popular.
