Hostel building in Belynichi re-purposed as rental residential building

Residents of Belynichy got an additional opportunity to improve their living conditions. Reconstruction of a five-storied dormitory into a rental residential building has been completed. One and two-room apartments are sold with complete decoration, ready to move in. It is planned that about 30% of them will be given to young specialists. The rest will be distributed among employees of industrial enterprises. Further development of the district capital envisages the construction of one 40-apartment building annually, with some reserved for large families.
