The Belarus' dwelling stock is actually ready for the heating season. Heating readiness certificates have been issued to 83% of the country's facilities. Yet, the heating is not planned in the near future. It will start, when the outside temperature will not exceed +8 degrees Celsius within five days and nights. Schools, hospitals, and kindergartens will get the heating first. Then, houses and offices will follow. By the way, starting from this year, the regional executive committees and the Minsk city executive committee will take the decision on heating on their own authority.
