Heart surgery facility to be built in Mogilev

A heart surgery facility will be built as part of the Mogilev Regional Hospital. It will become a high-tech unit that will double the number of interventions, including open heart surgeries. Currently, about three hundred such manipulations are carried out. It is planned to increase this number to three thousand interventions per year, including heart transplants. In addition, the introduction of the new facility will help reduce the time patients spend on the waiting list.
