Health ministry's pilot project "Thoughtful Clinic" implemented in out-patient hospitals of Minsk

Reduction of queues and increase of interaction time between the patient and the doctor. The Health ministry's pilot project "Thoughtful clinic" is aimed to improve the quality of medical service. The experiment implies introduction of open registration, division of the patients' flows, when they turn to information desks. As of now, the project is being implemented in several out-patient clinics of Minsk. There, registration offices re refurbished, call centers organized, new equipment purchased.
