Harness a horse and ride a cart in Strochitsy

The Belarusian State Museum of Folk Architecture and Everyday Life prepared a unique excursion-presentation of the traditional vehicles of our ancestors. It begins with viewing an authentic collection, which contains almost three hundred items from different times and different regions. Chaises and sleighs, phaetons and long rack wagons, carts and horse harnesses introduce visitors to the waysof movement of our great-grandfathers. The theoretical part of the ethno-excursion is continued by a practical lesson on harnessing a horse to a carts, at which a specialist groom demonstrates all the particulars of the process.
