On behalf of the Head of State, Prime Minister Andrei Kobyakov handed today state awards to distinguished people of the country. The honor list includes 94 Belarusians. They are industrialists, doctors, rescue workers, workers of culture and television. A large group of people were awarded as well who took part in liquidation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophe. President"s gratitude was also awarded for the preparation of the fifth All-Belarusian Assembly.
