Foreign fans to be allowed to travel through Russia visa-free to attend 2nd European Games in Belarus

Foreign fans will be allowed to travel through Russia visa-free to attend the 2^nd European Games in Belarus. The Federation Council ratified the relevant agreement. Previously, the document was ratified by the State Duma of Russia. The document was temporarily applied in summer during the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. To cross the border visa-free one must have a passport and a ticket to sporting events. The 2nd European Games will take place in Minsk on 21-30 June. The agreement will be valid through 10 July 2019.
