First screw residential building built in Belarus

The first screw residential building was commissioned in Belarus. It was erected in the new Sputnik microdistrict in Mogilev. The builders have implemented a unique project. Each of the 17 floors is shifted by 2 degrees. As a result, the whole structure creates a spiral effect. At the entrance to the staircase there are ramps, and soon a lift for wheelchair users and showers for pets will start working. The house has 85 open-plan apartments. The owners will be able to adjust the space inside at their own discretion. According to experts, the screw house opened up new horizons for housing (and not only) construction in the country.
