First frosts in Belarus

Cyclone Fabien brought first frosts to Belarus. According to weather forecasters, temperature may drop up to 3 degrees below zero at night. Also a storm warning was annonced for the next day. Rescuers recommend extreme attention, because wind gusts may leed to trees falling.
