Financial literacy of population to be promoted

The financial literacy of the population will be promoted in Belarus. The Council of Ministers and the National bank adopted a joint plan of action. According to the document, the Belarusians will be urged to master basic financial knowledge, digital financial technologies, the tax code, insurance, as well as the rights of the financial service consumers. The plan also includes development of a united Internet portal for financial literacy, a Week of children and youth financial literacy, thematic national Olympiads.
