Farewell to the Alexander Tikhanovich

Belarus says farewell to Alexander Tikhanovich. People's Artist of Belarus passed away at the age of 65, after a long illness. Despite the ailment, Alexander Tikhanovich never left the stage and continued to record and perform new songs. The funeral service was held at the Church of St. Alexander Nevsky in Minsk, where the singer was a churchwarden. The temple was crowded with relatives, colleagues and admirers of Alexander Tikhanovich’s talent. Alexander Tikhanovich was buried at the Moskovskoye cemetery of the capital.
