FAO holding seminar on sustainable development in Minsk

The UN's Food and Agriculture Organization is holding a regional seminar on sustainable development at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The focus is on food security and climate change, the empowerment of small farmers and the promotion of trade in agricultural products. These issues continue to be discussed today in Minsk. And the day before after assessing the taste and quality of Belarusian products the experts noted that our country has a well developed agricultural industry. They were especially interested in the meat and dairy branch.
