The law enforcement agencies of Belarus and Russia keep in close contact to maintain public order at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Belarus’ Interior Minister Igor Shunevich said. The host cities in Russia have set up situational centers. Belarusian law-enforcers maintain close contact with each of them over possible conflict situations with fans. Football supporters are coming already, travelling through Belarus as well. To cross the border a foreign traveler must present a FAN ID that gives the right for a visa-free entry and stay in the Russian Federation through 25 July.
