Corporate insolvency resolution issues were discussed in Minsk at an international scientific and practical conference, which brought together over 100 experts — judges, academics, and lawyers from Belarus, Russia, China, Iran, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. The main goal was to develop the best solutions for the national economies and exchange experiences on how different countries are rescuing companies on the brink of bankruptcy. Such forums help develop a unified approach to resolving insolvency issues, especially in the face of global challenges.
