Expedition "Road to Sanctities" to deliver Holy Fire to Polotsk

Today the International Scientific and Educational Expedition "The Road to Sancities" started in the Holy Spirit Cathedral. This year, the 23rd expedition will deliver the Holy Fire to the Ancient Polotsk - the capital of the Day of the Belarusian Written Language. On September 3 the Garden of Prayer will be founded there. Within the framework of the expedition, meetings with local residents and labor collectives, visits to hospitals and orphanages are scheduled. It is also planned to consecrate monuments and places of military glory.
