Events for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities take place in Belarus

Today is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. In Belarus, this date is intended to draw society's attention to the problems of people with disabilities, improve the quality of their lives and create more favourable conditions for the discovery of their talents and creative abilities. Events are being held all over the country. The day before, Minsk Palace of Culture of the Railway Workers hosted the traditional holiday "Creativity brings joy". The project started with an exposition of works by artists with disabilities. The photo exhibition "My wonderful life" also became an event of the holiday. Its heroes are Belarusians who managed to overcome the difficulties of fate and find their place in their profession and society.
