EU ready to sign visa agreement with Belarus

The Council of the European Union approved a decision on signing a visa agreement with Belarus. Soon, a person authorized to sign the agreement will be appointed. The document will enter into force two months after adoption by both parties. Minsk and Brussels completed the preparation of a draft agreement on visa facilitation in early autumn.
