Electronic student's record books developed at Belarusian State university

Belarusian State university has developed electronic student's record books. The novelty will allow it to reduce the paper flow. The record management will be electronic. The number of on-line text books and distance programs will increase. The electronic student's card will be used as a pass, a library ticket, a pay card in metro and shops.
