Today, Eastern Orthodox Christians celebrate the Savior of the Honey Feast Day. Traditionally, solemn divine services are held at churches, while beekeepers offer honey at various fairs and festivals that are held across Belarus. Eastern Orthodox Christians celebrate three Savior Feast Days. As of today, the believers enter the Assumption Fast, one of the most stringent in the annual cycle. It will end on August 27.
