Early voting in local councils elections in Belarus kicks off on February 13

The election campaign in Belarus has reached its final stage. Tomorrow, the early voting starts. The electoral race will end on Sunday. There are about 7 million voters in the lists. They will elect more than 18 thousand deputies of local councils. Candidates and their teams are now actively campaigning. According to the Central Election Commission, the election campaign is generally calm and well-organized. More than 40 foreign and 10.5 thousand national observers are accredited for monitoring the elections.
