Dwellers of Minsk region donate plasma to cure COVID-19 patients

Dwellers of the Minsk region are donating plasma to cure the coronavirus patients. The biomaterial which will help save lives is aggregated at the regional blood transfusion center. Several dozens of people have already applied there. The antibody-containing components are used in the most complicated cases. A kind of a biomaterial archive is created in every region of Belarus. A new polymerase chain reaction diagnostic laboratory was opened in the Minsk region last week. Now, it is engaged in diagnosing only the coronavirus infection. Tests from 4 districts of the region come here. Professionals need about 6 hours to get the results.
